Hello, maybe a simple question but didn’t find a solution yet.
I downloaded and installed the Nextcloud vm which also includes fail2ban.
The nextcloud software sends e-mails, e.g. when a password has changed. This works fine.
Now I want fail2ban to send an e-mail when a client ip has been banned. I cannot get it work yet.
I have configured the jail.local with: mta = sendmail (also tried postfix) but no luck.
Anyone who has this working well?
