I would like to try desktop Release 33.0.0 RCs, with VFS on-demand on windows, wich is a very awaited feature in my company. But I already use desktop client with VFS, how does the upgrade deals with that ? Will it “delete” the tree of all non downloaded files ?
Is it safer to remove nextcloud client, remove nextcloud local directory, and then install again with VFS on-demand ?
I would try to keep them as much apart as possible. These are testing versions, there can go things wrong and often you want to test to try to bring the software to its limits and then it shouldn’t be on a productive setup or with important data.
The existing folder structure is kept, newly created folders will be fetched on-demand from the server.
