for clarification only… for document server…its ok to nextcloud 17 setup if my document server is configured in private ip only. then my nextcloud is will using https://sample.com

What do you mean by “document server” and how is it related to Nextcloud?
I understood that you want to use an ip address but what does “then my nextcloud is will using https://sample.com” mean in this context?
You can set up your “document server”, be it OnlyOffice or Collabora on a private IP in your LAN, but you won’t be able to connect to it from the internet, if you don’t have a reverse proxy.
This is, by the way, how I run all of my internal services. NC and OnlyOffice are on VMs with a private IP and I am using HA-Proxy as a reverse proxy in front of them and all connections from the internet are running though it.
