Nextcloud Talk (Video) STUN/TURN Clarification Different LAN networks behind NAT

i understand STUN/TURN needs to be implemented for TALK to work across the internet on the public side of firewall. I have read several comments that if all connections are on the LAN side WebRTC should work without STUN/TURN. I need clarification on “LAN”. Does this mean different networks as well. If my LAN has several networks behind NAT and routable will Nextcloud Talk function without STUN/TURN? For example one user is on 192.168.1.167/24 and the other is on 192.168.2.53/24 Will talk function properly? I am having a problem where Messaging works fine but video does not. The camera is greyed out with a slash across it and when I hover it says recipient does not support video.
