Question - I am trying to find documentation or information on Nextcloud Talk security like Zoom. Zoom has this lobby thing where the facilitator has to check and approve who comes in before inviting the person in.

The only way for Talk to do similar thing, is to manually create a user account for the other party, disable public guest sharing link, and they must login to chat right?

Perhaps you can create a public waiting-room-link and a talking-room-link

a.) you send the public waiting-room-link to someone with email, …
b.) after verification you send the public talking-room-link
c.) you delete the waiting-room
d.) you use the talking-room

Also there is a Lobby for Webinar :wink: (but only time)
