I also have this problem and never understood how to fix it… I ended up just not using it…sadly.
I also have notify_push installed and it works for all other kind of notifications.
This is an old thread. Please follow the debug instructions in the corresponding repository (talk-ios/talk-android). Open a new thread with the necessary informations. Notify push has nothing to do with push notifications on mobile devices.
