Only affects the mobile client (for me: Android): The new great feature “Note to me” starting Talk Ver. 18 is not displayed on any app in Android. I can’t find a way to see these notes on Android. Have I overlooked something?

Unfortunately there is an issue reported which might be related tothe problem you are facing.
Anyway, the good news is that it has already been reported to the community. So hopefully there will be a solution for you in the next release.
