Nextcloud startup problem

Raspberry pi 8gb apache nextcloud 25, when starting I get this error:

Error

  • Configuration was not read or initialized correctly, not overwriting /var/www/nextcloud/config/config.php

Could you give me a hand?
I gave the command:
sudo chmod 750 /var/www/nextcloud/config

but I keep getting this error

Could indicate that the SD card is damaged?

Security Support for nextcloud 25 was ending 31 Oct 2023. So its EOL since one and a half year.
