Nextcloud version: 29.0.2snap1
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
Nextcloud does not render PDF thumbnails. there is only the red PDF icon.
I tried this:
Nothing helps.
So I think with snap this is the wrong way.
- Nextcloud-snap works in a sandbox.
- Has its own apache, php, fpm … services.
- So it has no access to php-imagick outside from snap.
→ It is useless installing or editing outside /var/snap/nextcloud.
Am I right?
Can someone help me?
Thanks

But therefore you will need an imaginary server running
Here I explained in german:
and if you have Imaginary running, you can already get PDF previews now. Completely without imagemagick.
