I have read some old post and found below app, but it stopped working of my nextcloud so i disabled it.

Please help me if there is some mehod/app available?

Not sure what help and method/app you are requesting.

Do you still want 2FA by SMS or another 2FA method without use of old school SMS?

I want 2FA by sms. This app is not working for me, Nextcloud stopped working when i enabled this app (app that mentioned in my first post) so i then disabled it.

I want any other app you may know that is working for NC 31 let me know please

I actually needs alternate app that facilitates sms 2FA capability. reason of posting here if some knows other than this app then please share a link.

Hi @dolphinscorp I don’t know any other app. and i don’t think there is also another, because there are security concerns about SMS.

SMS-based 2FA is generally considered less secure than other methods like TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) or U2F (Universal Second Factor). This is because SMS messages can be intercepted.

Therefore, my advice would be to switch to a safer alternative method.
