“Yes”, at least it was
32.0.5 is in the working to include [Bug]: Update failes to 32.0.4 / "mounts_user_root_path_index" does not exist on table "oc_mounts" · Issue #57572 · nextcloud/server · GitHub. In case people try to upgrade and haven’t run the occ command to create all indicies in the past, it will throw an exception with 32.0.4. So it was decided to do a 32.0.5.
So in Feb it will 32.0.6, but the table wasn’t updated yet.
