My nextcloud instance is on the latest RC for Nextcloud, 27.1.0.3 but the security scan website says:

NOT on latest patch level
Major version still supported

27.1.0.3 is a beta release or a release canditate. The latest stable release is 27.0.2.
The security scanner probably does not identify beta releases or release canditates as “on the latest patch level”. However, if everything else is green, there is no need to worry about it.
