NextCloud PI upgrade backups eat my Pi drive space

The NextCloud PI upgrade directory, /var/www/nextcloud/data/ncp-update-backups
has grown to 4.6GB.

Which made my regular backups fail because of not enough disk space.

  1. Is is safe to remove the upgrade backups
  2. Can the upgrade backups be pruned/autoremoved?

You can remove the oldest ones or all of them, if you do not need to restore to older versions.
It does not seem to autoremove/prune.

Autoprune would be a great feature to have.
