Hello, I am using Nextcloud and the OnlyOffice application. All office files, such as .xlsx, .docx, and others, are being edited correctly. However, there is an issue. A shared folder was created, and the administrator of this folder granted editing access to several users. One of the users cannot edit files through OnlyOffice, as they are receiving a message saying the format is not supported. However, the file is in .xlsx format, and the folder creator can open it correctly. In the logs, I see the following message: “message”:“Format is not supported for editing: L&D Drive”. L&D Drive is the name of the folder, and it’s unclear why it’s being interpreted as a format. What could be the problem?
