Nextcloud on Ubuntu server Virtualbox offering less storage than assigned

Nextcloud version (eg, 18.0.2): Whatever the newest version is from the Ubuntu snap
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Most recent Ubuntu Server

The issue you are facing:
Storage is only showing 200g instead of the 1.25 tb set. As seen above.
I have gotten nextcloud working fine and it can access the 200gb but I am unsure why it cannot access the remaining.

Note: I am brand new to Linux I have seen a few other explanations on how to switch it but they did not seem to work for me though I may have done them incorrectly.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Run Nextcloud on Ubuntu server

Thank you for any help you may offer.

you have to go through one of howtos about volume manager. e.g.:

you have to increase the volume ubuntu–vg-ubuntu–lv.

Thank you very much. I figured it out that I accidentally used LVM when i was installing the server onto the virtual machine and should have just used the entire disk. Much appreciate it.
