Nextcloud Office Templates loading slowly (cURL error 28)

Hello,

I have the following problem with my nextcloud installation:
When creating a new document in Nextcloud Office, the templates take forever to load. (But the templates are shown eventually. Takes like 20-30 seconds)
In the logs I find the following message:
“cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (see libcurl - Error Codes) for https://nextcloud.domain.net/cool/extract-document-structure?filter=contentcontrol”

I use OpnSense as Firewall/Router and a Reverse Proxy via HAProxy-Plugin.
I installed nextcloud-aio via portainer on a debian server.
My Office Settings are the following:

nextcloud_office
nextcloud_office2317Ă—1220 337 KB

Every help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

For what it’s worth, this problem affects us as well. Would be appreciated if someone could point in the right direction…
