Nextcloud Office makes NC very slow

Hi there!
On NC27/Unbuntu22.04 I’m trying to install Nextcloud Office.
I didn’t use my own Collabora Docker, I’m trying to use the Collabora Server Code + Nextcloud Office App.
When I enable the Nextcloud Office it makes NC very-very slow (but not if I log in in local http) and I don’t know why.
I saw this in the nextcloud.log:

Nextcloud Office works well when I log in using http://192.168.X.XX but using https://myserver.com it’s too slow (about 3 minutes to log in!). When I log with HTTPS I have this message: “Error: This app cannot be enabled because it makes the server unstable”

Some points are not clear:

Are you using dockerized instance?
Outbound trafic behind a reverse proxy?

Does that occur in every browser or only in e.g. Chrome?

Hi! Thank you for trying helping!
I don’t use Docker at all. I installed NC years ago with the Webinstaller, and I don’t use Proxy. Maybe I should!

This error appears in Tor Browser. That’s the only way I have to reach my server using HTTPS… The router doesn’t allow me looping… :expressionless:
But I tried to log in from my phone while enabled Nextcloud Office… Very-very-very slow, I didn’t wait seeing the login page!
I don’t understand anything.

I tried to install a new version of NC somewhere else on my server and same thing: http, no problem; https very slow.

Edit: I’m just trying with Firefox (using VPN) and same result: “This app cannot be enabled because it makes the server unstable”

Can’t anyone help me? I don’t understand why it does that and it seems that I’m the only one with this error! :laughing:
