Nextcloud office infinite loading

Hello,

I think my problem has been around for a while but I haven’t found any solutions.
I used the Nextcloud instant install on an Apache server and like many other people, I can’t open documents with Nextcloud office even though the collabora server is green in the settings.

What are you both running Nextcloud Server (and, in turn, Office/CODE/Collabora) on?

Can you please check your Nextcloud log for richdocuments or richdocumentscode related errors?
