Nextcloud Notes Android App - Does not work offline?

I thought this Android app would allow me to use it offline. I could not create a note nor see the note I had created earlier when I was outside my home’s network.

It sync’s fine when am connected to my self-hosted Nextcloud server.

So it is true, this android Nextcloud Notes app does not work unless it is connected to the server? Limited usability if that is true. :slight_smile:

Any recommendations for another note app that will work offline with Nextcloud?

The Rich Editor (default these days) is a server side editor. Switch to the device editor in settings of the app. IIRC should work fine.
