Nextcloud Not Openong On the Web

Hello everyone,

I just restored my nextcloud backup on proxmox. It responds to ping, but it can not open on the web.

Ping nextcloud.nccloud.work or 62.108.111.62 will get a response.
Try to open www.nextclou.nccloud.work and get the following ( This site can’t be reached.

nextcloud.nccloud.work took too long to respond.)
I can also verify ports 80 and 443 are closed. Will this also cause the problem?

if you ports are closed it can’t host any files hence your site is not reachable.

is apache or nginx running?

Thanks for trying to fix my issue for me. I have fixed the issue, and everything is working now.
Although, I have a different issue. I tried to update nextcloud through the web open updater, but I have the following error message: ( * Check for expected files
The following extra files have been found:

  • info.php)
    I hope you can help me solve this

you have created or copied this file info.php inside your nextcloud installation directory.

For security reasons this file should not be there and you can remove this file as it is not needed.
