Nextcloud starts well, user login works, but now files or adressbooks are shown for the users.
I also tried occ file-scan -all
an get this result:
Starting scan for user 1 out of 4 (User1)
Starting scan for user 2 out of 4 (User2)
Starting scan for user 3 out of 4 (JUser3)
Starting scan for user 4 out of 4 (User4)

Can you post a full screenshot? You are welcome to black out the URL and personal data.
Also have a look in the folder /path/to/nextcloud/data/username for the user names. Are there any folders and files there? Are the permissions correct with e.g. www-data:www-data?
It looks as if the files are available. So please post a complete screenshot. Thank you.
Unfortunately, I have no real idea. Have a look at the log files. Also check for the user logged in in the screenshot via “Dateien Einstellungen” (bottom left) whether the correct user name or folder is there (WebDAV setting).
And this error appears for Webdav:
“Your web server is not yet properly set up to allow file synchronization, because the WebDAV interface seems to be broken.”
