Hello Community,
I hope I am in the right place. If not, please move my inquiry. Unfortunately, I have been having issues with the Mac desktop client of Nextcloud for some time, which hangs during synchronization attempts. In the Mac Activity Monitor, Nextcloud is shown as ânot responding,â with a CPU usage of about 90%.
I chose Nextcloud for my team because the âvirtual filesâ feature is essential for enabling âcloud workâ efficiently from anywhere while saving storage space.
Your help would be greatly appreciated as I am at a loss and the problem is significantly affecting our work. Especially with the upcoming addition to our team in 2 weeks (2 people), I am somewhat skeptical about the situation.
I have already restarted the desktop client and completely uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the problem persists when Nextcloud starts synchronizing.
