Support intro
Unfortunately, I noticed today that when I create a release link (for external users), no mail is sent.
Is this a mistake or is it intentional? Password protection is activated for us.
When the password is subsequently edited, the password email is sent. The general mail function is therefore possible.
When searching for errors, I noticed that the log (nextcloud.log) contains many errors at short intervals.
…“user”:“D0561157-5AA1-444E-8072-F39CAAE4379E”,“app”:“no app in context”,“method”:“PROPFIND”,“url”:"/remote. php/dav/files/D0561157-5AA1-444E-8072-F39CAAE4379E/eee“, ‘message’: ‘System config option \’blacklisted_files\” is deprecated and will be removed in Nextcloud 34, use \“forbidden_filenames\” instead.”…
Nextcloud version: 30.0.0
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 22.04
Apache or nginx version: nginx 1.27.0
PHP version: 8.2.23
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Yes
Steps to replicate it:
- create a share for external users
- the external user wont receive an mail with the link
Many thank for your help!
