NextCloud Linux AppImage crashes on Kubuntu Linux

I am using Nextcloud-4.0.1-x86_64.AppImage desktop client on a fully updated Kubuntu 25.10. Since I have updated to the last version of the client, I have notices several times that desktop client is just not running and about two or three times when I click on the NextCloud taskbar icon it just disappears. It seems like it crashes and the process is not running any more.

I can just double click the appimage and start it again and it works fine.

Is there any place I can look for more logs?

Thanks

I do not know if this is related but after restarting when I opened up settings I got this error but things seem to still work.

I dont Use Kubuntu nor KDE, but XFCE (Xubuntu). “KDE Su” refers to
kdesu, a graphical interface for the Unix command su in the KDE desktop environment.

So the main question is: Why you want to execute Nextcloud-AppImage not as your default desktop user, but as another one?
For me that makes no sense at all.

You shall never use it as sudo and if you use it with another not SUdo-User you will have different permission and most likely can’t write in the folders of your standard Desktop-User.

I am starting the desktop client like I always do by double clicking on the app image. I have never used sudo before for NextCloud client and am not as far as I know using it now.
