Nextcloud is timing out every couple of minutes

I’m getting an error pop up that says, “Problem loading page, reloading in 5 seconds.” and then the page goes away and I get a browser error that says that my site timed out… then randomly within about 1-2 minutes it will spontaneously reload and then it’ll be fine for a while… then it just repeats.

If anyone has seen this or know what the cause is, I’m happy to get the help because this is most frustrating.

Output your apache logs, starting with the error.log

Forgive my ignorance but would I get that from cpanel or from within the nextcloud admin panel?

Oh ok, sorry I figured you had SSH access to the server. I’ve no experience with cPanel.
