NextCloud install problems and not running correct

Hi guys,

I fight with the NextCloud installation, but it does not work.
I have a NAS with Debian and OMV with docker. For a couple of years I operate NextCloud NCP (without AIO) without problems until I have to changed my FritzBox router. Then a guy in the NC forum told me to use AIO. But I am not able to operate it. First I used the following instructions: https://www.makeuseof.com/raspberry-pi-install-nextcloud-openmediavault-nas/ . Without success. After a couple of tries I deleted al the docker containers in Portainer.
Now I used the following instruction: How to Install the Nextcloud All-in-One on Linux - Nextcloud
Looks like a similar behaviour. One docker container is always corrupt:

The Portainer log says: ERR ts=1732264671.8219068 logger=tls.renew msg=could not get certificate from issuer identifier=myfritz.net issuer=acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org-directory error=HTTP 400 urn:ietf:params:acme:error:connection - 111.111.111.11: Error getting validation data ERR ts=1732264671.8222141 logger=tls.renew msg=will retry error=[myfritz.net] Renew: [myfritz.net] solving challenge: myfritz.net: [myfritz.net] authorization failed: HTTP 400 urn:ietf:params:acme:error:connection - 111.111.111.11: Error getting validation data (ca=https://acme-staging-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory) attempt=6 retrying_in=600 elapsed=1208.437357149 max_duration=2592000
Ports are open forward in the FritzBox router.
The Web Interface gives following:

The “Open your Nextcloud” button redirects me to my external myfritz address (I think this comes from the previous, not successful installation, because last installation doesn’t ask me for the external address) without port 8433. When I add the port myfritz:8443 than I came back to picture before :frowning:

I hope you can help me, thanks a lot

This does not look right. I would expect it to be your public hostname. Are you perhaps entering that as your hostname during AIO setup instead of whatever public hostname you’ve set up?

hi @jtr, that is my public domain from my Fritzbox Router, I have deleted the exactly name infront of the …myfritz.net

do someone have another idea? unfortunately it does not work
