I am currently using Hetzner to host my Nextcloud instance. Despite configuring the firewall to open the necessary ports, my Nextcloud service becomes inaccessible when the Hetzner firewall is enabled. Here are the port configurations for Nextcloud:
TCP Ports:
Host: 80, Container: 80
Host: 443, Container: 443
Host: 3478, Container: 3478
UDP Ports:
Host: 443, Container: 443
Host: 3478, Container: 3478
When the Hetzner firewall is disabled, Nextcloud operates correctly. However, with the firewall enabled, the service is no longer accessible.
I have ensured that all the necessary ports are open in the Hetzner firewall configuration. Could anyone provide insights or suggestions on what might be causing this issue or how to resolve it?
