Summary of the issue you are facing:

One instance of NextCloud upgraded find to Hub 10. My main instance of NextCloud on another CPU is still on Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.6). The automatic upgrade says that I am on the latest version.
I have tried occ maintenance:repair and occ upgrade CLI commands.
When I run the occ upgrade it returns the following
“Nextcloud is already latest version”
Everything seems to be running fine. I just cannot upgrade to the latest version
[…]

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. Cannot upgrade via web interface. Says it is on the latest version
  2. occ upgrade has the same message
  3. occ repair did not fix the issue

### Configuration

#### Nextcloud

The output of `occ config:list system` or similar is best, but, if not possible, the contents of your `config.php` file from `/path/to/nextcloud` is fine (make sure to remove any identifiable information!):

### Tips for increasing the likelihood of a response

* Use the `preformatted text` formatting option in the editor for all log entries and configuration output.
* If screenshots are useful, feel free to include them.
  - If possible, also include key error output in text form so it can be searched for.
* Try to edit log output only minimally (if at all) so that it can be ran through analyzers / formatters by those trying to help you.

The automatic upgrade says that I am on the latest version.

New versions are staged. They are not made available to 100% of instances immediately. See here.

I have tried occ maintenance:repair and occ upgrade CLI commands.
When I run the occ upgrade it returns the following
“Nextcloud is already latest version”

For the record, occ upgrade is not what is used to trigger code updates. The command-line mode of the Updater is updater.phar. See here.

Thank you for the detailed reply. I did not realize the updates are not made available to all instances when they release.

It is interesting because I’m running two instances of NextCloud on two different machines. One upaded and the other one did not.

Thanks for the helpful information
