Nextcloud for QMS

I understand that Nextcloud can be used for a Quality Management System (QMS), and I would like a brief explanation on how to efficiently utilize Nextcloud for business activities. Specifically, I’m interested in using it as QMS to keep records for audit purposes, manage document distribution, maintain records, and handle efficient task management. Additionally, I would like to track and monitor task flows, including complete and incomplete tasks, and ensure everything is streamlined for optimal QMS performance.

Perhaps someone realized something similar and has made a tutorial for the setup. If you want to build it on your own, you’ll probably need some time to get familiar with the Nextcloud ecosystem, and perhaps at some point want to think about programming your own apps (adjust/extend others), e.g. monitoring for tasks/deck.
