Nextcloud federation share not working on one direction

Hi NC Community!
I am using two instances of NC behind reverse proxy as follows–

  1. NC version 12.0
  2. NC version 27.0

I want to share files from 1 to 2 via NC federation. I can successfully share files from 1 to 2 and it’s working, however from 2 to 1 NC federation is not working. I am getting the following errors while creating share—

Exception:Sharing filename.pptx, could not find user@1-domain, may be the server is currently unreachable or uses a self-signed certificate.

This is strange because from 1–>2 federation share works.

Another problem-- After sharing file from 1–>2 ,i want to open the file locally using onlyoffice integrated with NC-2, however it failed with following error-

GuzzleHttp\Exception\ClientExcveption: Client error: GET https://NC-1 domain/ocs/v2.php/apps/onlyoffice/api/v1/healthcheck?format=json resulted in a 403 forbidden response.

Actually NC-1 is not integrated with onlyoffice but only NC-2. so my questions are–

  1. How i can open files shared from NC-1 to NC-2 via onlyoffice editor integrated with NC-2 ?

  2. How i can create federation share from NC-2 for NC-1
