Nextcloud error some version of Internet Explorer

Nextcloud version : 11.0.2
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 16.04
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25):

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error?: No

The issue you are facing: When we go to the webinterface by Internet Explorer on a Windows 2012 R2 terminal server we recieve the error message: “Cannot display the webpage”. We have this error on all Windows 2012 R2 terminal servers. Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.18639 is installed.

On other servers/pc’s with Internet Explorer version 11.1198.14393.0 it works fine.

Is this a known bug and is there someone with a sollution for this?

If it’s a Nextcloud issue, you’ll see it in the logs.

Check Apache logs, Nextcloud logs and look for any signs of the server failing because of something IE is doing.

Or upgrade IE.
Or don’t use IE. :wink:
