All the nextcloud server Updates or/and Deploying an new ones are not possible at the moment.

Same behavior observed here: Both docs, download and updates are refusing connections on ports 80 and 443. Ping seems okay though

Right now you can’t download from nextcloud. If you trust third parties, there are a few Russian and Chinese sites I remember to have seen previously but never used… Just Google around a bit.
On the other hand, I suggested to wait a little. The issue will be sorted out sooner rather than later…
