### Bug description
Hi, with nextcloud desktop client 33.0.2, using virtual files, I try to make some folders always available locally, and it doesn't work. Files and folders in that folder are showing syncing icon, but are not downloaded.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Right click on the folder, select "Make always available locally"

2. Status of files and subfolders stays on "syncing", and nextcloud doesn't download files

### Additional info
Please can you give me an upload link to give you logs, without putting sensitive data on github ?
If someone could give me some tips to understand and debug this, I would be grateful ! Otherwise I will be forced to rollback to 4.0.8, but the lazy sync feature seems very efficient and I’m waiting for it for years, I would like to make it work !
