Ich habe auf meiner NAS die Nextcloud AIO als VM am laufen. Wie kann ich die Dateien, welche sich in der Nextcloud befinden, auf meine NAS backupen?
Als NAS habe ich die 6-Bay von Ugreen.

Dozens of threads exist on this forum describing different solutions and approaches check out backup backup-app. I would recommend following official backup/restore manuals and look at backup app which allows proper backups of the whole system easily. AiO implements and integrated backup solution which is described in
