Nextcloud App for Android 3.22.2 Oct. 24th buggy?

Hello,
do you find the same issue like me in the latest Nextcloud for Android dated two days ago (3.22.2)?
If I want to rename a file, the line with the filename disappears after the virtual keyboard came up:

after removing the keyboard, the full dialog re-appears:

I am using Android 9.1.0.291 (the latest available) on Huawei P10 Plus

It became fixed by version 3.22.3
