I have a fairly straight forward question. On the mobile app, if you download a file to your phone, is it synced, or does it need to be redownloaded?

app 3.2.0, chose a folder or a files from the all files. Then choose option SYNCHRONIZE.
after that, your sync files will be present on the smatphone on the left tab, under “on the phone” … sorry, my smartphone is in french and translation is not perfect.
