Actually NextCloud allow to protect files with antivirus scan for ClamAV or Kaspersky. Does you know if a plan exist to add Microsoft Defender for Linux (or it exist a method to plug in another antivirus solution) ?
ICAP protocol is supported
Use ClamAV (open source), Kaspersky Scan Engine or an ICAP compatible scanner
and you can attach every product you want
