Hello people, I have got a problem and I think this occurs since the last AIO update.
- Nextcloud version:
AIO 8.1.0 / Nextcloud 28.0.4 (latest) with optional Collabora and the image preview containers from the AIO. The nextcloud security scanner says I'm running 27.1.5.1 though. - Operating system and version:
Docker on Windows 10 / Linux 5.10.102.1-microsoft-standard-WSL2 x86_64 - Apache or nginx version:
Whatever came with the latest AIO update - PHP version:
8.2.17
The issue you are facing:
- Can no longer open office files in Collabora, it just loads forever without even showing the Collabora menus
- Everything is very slow, even small .md files open only after a minute of loading. This affects the settings pages as well.
- The AIO interface loaded from the link on the admin page sometimes loads extremely long, up to 20 minutes. This is not always so, sometimes it goes faster.
- The AIO interface loaded from the link on the admin page now - if it loads at all - reports I can’t log in because Nextcloud is running and I need to use the link on the admin page, just as if the login token was not accepted.
- If I manage to get to the AIO interface it reports the containers to be running and up to date.
- If I stop the containers except the mastercontainer in Docker manually and access the AIO interface, it reports the containers to be stopped but clicking the start containers button does not appear to start the containers. In the backup menu I get a list of available backups though.
The Admin > Overview page reports as follows:
- This server has no working internet connection: Multiple endpoints could not be reached. This means that some of the features like mounting external storage, notifications about updates or installation of third-party apps will not work. Accessing files remotely and sending of notification emails might not work, either. Establish a connection from this server to the internet to enjoy all features.
- Could not check for JavaScript support. Please check manually if your webserver serves
.mjsfiles using the JavaScript MIME type.- The PHP module “imagick” is not enabled although the theming app is. For favicon generation to work correctly, you need to install and enable this module. For more details see the documentation

I got this log via the internet even though the log says it has no connection.

I can’t access the other information this template asks of me, if more is required I will provide more.
I installed the AIO as described in the guide and used the automatic installation for Collabora.
