Nextcloud AIO migration: Calendar

Hello together,

I just migrated to Nextcloud AIO; my Nextcloud versions have been 29.0.3 and I used the files only migration scenario due to current limitations in database scenario. As for calendar there was no advice to use the database scenario, I thought everything should be fine.

My files are available, but my calendars including all entries are not available. Can anyone advice, if calendars are not migrated in the choosen scenario and are workarounds available*?

*Edit: Of course exporting (old instance) and importing (AIO) is a workaround, but I assume that for synchronizing clients this is not a feasible way as I guess entries will be doubled. As I have shared calendars on clients from other people this would be my last option.

Hi, the calendar data is indeed stored in the database.

Hello Simon,

Thank you! That‘s a pitty and I would propose to definitely update the migration guide to give this (maybe not only for me) important information.

I did the workaround to export and import the calendars and might have to re-setup the clients calendar synchronization

Cheers
