Summary of the issue you are facing:

I have installed Nextcloud AIO and I’m able to access it via NPM with SSL.
When I’m doing 2 file operation in the webfrontend after
The System got stalled not reacting and NPM is responding with 502. After 5-10 mins the server is responding again.
I can’t see any restarts of the containers
Load on the system is max 15% CPU the whole time.
I have checked all logs and no errors are reported in any of them.

My Data Directory is located on a TrueNas shared via NFS. User rights are okay. I can change files (upload/delete) via WebFrontend in principal but only one time before the system gets non responding.

Nexcloud is running on a VM under Proxmox with 8 GByte of RAM and 3 vCores assigned

Any ideas?

Thx

Björn

okay, I have identified my issue and fixed it.

My unifi firewall tracked the traffic between Proxy and Nexcloud server and identified the deletion as an intrusion.

In consequence it blocked the connection for 5 min.

So issue is fixed and nextcloud works as it should
