Yesterday Nexcloud 32 said I have to install Nextcloud 31 or lower to add the Sip Trip App.. but suddenly it worked. So its solved for now, thanks!
Now I see the problem: I tried to open my question in the thread regarding Sip Trip app. Not in general topics.. sorry for that.
