Nextcloud 18 and 17 cannot see available apps to install

After logging into nextcloud, then going to the apps menu, the available apps cannot be seen.
I want to install the calendar app but I cannot find it. It is just a blank screen for all the app category.

Is there a setting that I need to set?

I remember getting the list in nextcloud. Then we only have to just click on install.

Is that feature taken out?

I only use Nextcloud since version 18.
You must not install from the app site. You only search in NC the app-name and then install.

The problem is on my nextcloud, even after searching nothing appears. It seems that it is not connecting to the main nextcloud app website for the apps.

Finally found the solution from the following link.

AppStore is empty

Change line 404 in 3rdparty/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Handler/CurlFactory.php increase 1000 to 10000 In lib/private/App/AppStore/Fetcher/Fetcher.php On line 98 change the timeout from 10 to 30 or 90 in lib/private/Http/Client.php On line 66 change the timeout from 30 to 90 These changes migh work for you if your connection is slow. They will also invalidate the code checks so nextcloud will complain on the update page. They will also disapear when you upgrade nextcloud to a new version.

It not resolve the issue. The AppStore can not show up in the Nextcloud 18 server.

The “calendar” App in AppStore can be installed in the nextcloud server by manually install. This is the only way I find to install the “calendar” app.
