More of an answer for others than a support request - but having an installation waiting and waiting for an upgrade, but not seeing it even if we pushed to beta channel, we’ve now realised that it needs PHP >=7.1, and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is locked to PHP7.0.x So if you want to stick to 16.04 you’ll need to add in the PHP PPA (NB on 18.04 it’s also worth doing for the performance improvements, as 18.04 is locked to PHP7.2.x.
