Nextcloud 14 on ISPConfig subdomain

Hello,

I am switching to ISPConfig to manage my Virtualhosts on Apache. What I imagined:
Add a subdomain in ISPConfig, install Nextcloud in that specific folder ISPConfig manages, success.

Are there any instructions on how to do it properly? Any tipps?
I am a bit worried about PHP and those rewrite rules etc. to become an obstacle…

I was wondering if you encountered issues while doing this migration as I am also looking to do the same switch. As I have multiple web servers that I want to consolidate.
