Nextcloud 14 Groups count not showing

Hi, so after i installed nextcloud 14, i did create a few group, and put users into multiple groups.
But the problem is when i refresh the page, the groups count that show how many users in it disapper as well, where am i missing this? how to show group count beside the group name?

so looking at nextcloud doc,

so, when im assigning a user to group, the counter works and the count increase as i assign more user into that group.
but when i refresh the page, the counter is missing

please help!
