Nextcloud 13.0.3 and Collabra CODE

Hi,

try to run next cloud 13.0.3 with Collabra CODE last version with Collabra Plugin 2.0.8 - Does not work.

It says that the document type is not known, or not supported:

The complete german error message is:

ā€œDas Laden des Dokuments ist fehlgeschlagen. Bitte vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Dateityp unterstĆ¼tzt und die Datei nicht defekt ist, und versuchen Sie es dann erneut.ā€

Can anyone help me out?

I had this problem as well. Had to restart the docker service (something about networking).

systemctl restart docker(d)

Dear Mike,

Iā€™ve already done the docker restart and also the restart of the hole system.

the docker start is initiated via:

docker run -t -d -p 127.0.0.1:9980:9980 -e ā€˜domain=domain\.comā€™ --restart always --cap-add MKNOD collabora/code

any further ideas?

I have this problem as well but with NC 13.0.2 - Just curiousā€¦ do you have encryption enabled?
