Hey I am running NC 13.0.2 since a few days and ever since I upgraded from 12.0.3 I have many users complaining about locked files or service cancelled messages.

I am not a computer expert but something is off here.

I also ran a file scan for the first time since I read somewhere that some of the messages might relate to that.
