Hi, we have a problem with user’s email notification.
When we flag on user’s settings-activities " A file or folder shared by mail or by public link was downloaded" and we share a doc no email notifications after downloading.
Notifications works well for test email and for documents initial sharing .
Have you enabled necessary app? Please check available apps for activity
Yes, we already enabled “Share by email” and “File sharing” and “Activity”, any idea? Thank you
Maybe I was wrong. Activity and email are not the same.

Tried that stuff a while ago and cannot remember email content.
