Nextcloud 12 Can't reshare shared folders

Nextcloud version: 12.0.1

We recently updated to Nextcloud from Owncloud.
When a user (user_1) shares a folder with another user (user_2), user_2 can’t share the folder with, lets say user_3.
In earlier versions of nextcloud it was possible to do this.
The webinterface provided the option “enable sharing” when i shared a folder with a user.
My Question is: Did the developer remove this feature in the new version, or am i doing it wrong?

There is another option to enable resharing (can be enabled by members of admin-group in admin context)

Yeah thank you very much. It seems like after the update this option was disabled. Could have checked it first to avoid the trouble.
