Why do not you ask directly at Nextcloud?
If you follow the link from Reiner_Nippes, you see that there is a 24/7 support in the premium support option.
LIcensing should be the same as for the community version but ask them directly for more information.
I think the idea is to help you to integrate Nextcloud into your existing infrastructures, authentication backends, existing processes, backups etc.
But it is still you running the administration, they only give support for Nextcloud, they don’t do the maintenance for you.
It is not clear what you are really looking for. But the forum here is for the community, so we can’t speak for them and the best thing is to get in touch with them.
